Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Package is unopened and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- Item is not damaged due to customer mishandling
- Return request is initiated within the specified timeframe
2. Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our support team through the PAKKA app with your order ID and reason for exchange.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back using the provided return label or arrange a pickup.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement to you.
3. Return Shipping
PAKKA covers return shipping costs for eligible returns. Simply request a return label through the app, and we will arrange a pickup from your location.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Inspection of returned item (3-5 business days)
- Refund approval and processing (2-3 business days)
- Refund credit to original payment method (5-7 business days)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid via wallet, the amount will be credited to your PAKKA wallet immediately upon approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Perishable items (food, beverages)
- Items marked as final sale
6. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photo evidence of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately
- No need to return the damaged item
