How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, you can track your delivery in real-time using the PAKKA app. You'll see the driver's location, estimated arrival time, and can communicate directly with the driver.

What's the cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 minutes of booking. After 2 minutes, a cancellation fee of 10% of the delivery charge applies. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled.

How do I become a PAKKA driver?

Download the PAKKA Driver app, complete your KYC verification with valid documents (Aadhar, DL, PAN), pass background checks, and you're ready to start earning. Our team will guide you through the entire process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay), UPI transfers, and cash-on-delivery. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. For COD orders, payment is made directly to the driver.

Is my data secure with PAKKA?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. All drivers are background-checked and verified for your safety.

What if my package is damaged during delivery?

Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence through the app. We'll process a replacement or refund immediately without requiring you to return the damaged item.
