Sending something
Send it. Watch it. Done.
A parcel, a pallet, or a full truck — booked from your phone, tracked the whole way, and handed over against a code.
The fare is fixed before pickup. What you see when you confirm is what you pay.
What are you sending?
Five kinds of load, and the handling note that goes with each. Pick the one that fits — it decides which vehicle can carry it.
Each vehicle class has a weight limit, shown when you choose it. If what you are sending is valuable, insure it — we do not cover goods by default.
Four steps, then it is out of your hands.
This is the whole booking. There is no step five.
Pick up and drop
Two addresses. Saved ones are one tap; new ones come off the map.
Say what it is
Type, weight and a short description. This decides which vehicle can carry it and what it costs.
See the fare and confirm
The full fare before you commit to anything. 🔒 That number is fixed at this point.
A driver accepts
We offer the job to drivers near your pickup. If nobody takes it, the booking fails on its own and you are charged nothing.
You are not waiting in the dark.
The map is live for the whole trip — not a status that updates when you pull to refresh.
- AssignedYou get the driver’s name, vehicle and registration number.
- On the way to youTheir position on the map, moving.
- Picked upYou give the code, the trip advances, tracking continues to the drop.
- DeliveredA photo, a signature and the recipient’s name land on the booking.
Tracking is live while the app is open. Push notifications are not switched on yet, so nothing buzzes your phone in the background.
One booking, four shapes.
Most people use the first one. The other three exist because “move this there” is not always one parcel, right now.
- On demand
- Book now, a driver comes now. The default.
- Scheduled
- Pick a time and we start looking for a driver then, not now.
- Bulk
- Many drops from one pickup, dispatched together instead of booked one at a time.
- Last-mile carry
- The leg from a hub or warehouse to the final address.
Four things between your parcel and a bad day.
None of these is the whole answer. Together they are why a parcel going missing is a rare event rather than a risk you accept.
The driver is verified before they can work
Seven documents — licence, vehicle registration, insurance, PAN and photographs — checked by a person before the account can accept a single job.
Handover needs a code
You give a code at pickup and the recipient gives one at the drop. A driver cannot mark a trip delivered without it.
The route is recorded
Where the vehicle went, for the whole trip. If there is an argument about it later, it is not two people’s memories.
Ratings mean something
Drivers are rated after every trip, and a rating that falls is acted on.
Book it now for later.
A scheduled booking sits waiting and starts looking for a driver at the time you set — not before, so you are not paying for a driver to wait.
Illustrative — in the app you pick a time, not a slot.
- Set the timeWhen you build the booking, choose Schedule instead of Book now.
- Nothing happens until thenNo driver is assigned and nothing is charged.
- It starts on its ownAt the time you set, we begin offering it to drivers.
- Cancel free until it startsA scheduled booking is in the free cancellation window.
If something goes wrong.
Most of it is one of five things, and each has somewhere to go. Raise it in the app against the booking, so whoever picks it up already has the record.
The fare looks wrong
billingWe hold the quote, the route and the payment against that booking, so this is usually settled in one message.
A problem with the driver
driverBehaviour, a refused job, a fare asked for that the app did not show. This is acted on, and it is the category that leads to suspensions.
Something about the vehicle
vehicleWrong vehicle, unsuitable condition, a registration that did not match.
The app misbehaved
app-bugIt goes to the people who build it, with your booking attached.
Anything else
otherIncluding damage or loss — raise it within 48 hours of delivery and we investigate using the proof of delivery and the route record.
Start sending.
The customer app is not on the Play Store yet — we share it directly while we finish store review.
